My Little Book of Meditation has been created so that kids and adults can hold a beautiful hardcover book and listen to a lovingly created meditation at the same time.
I wanted to create a mediation experience. By holding a book, turning the pages and listening to the recording you are more likely to quieten your mind of outside thoughts.
The hardcover book and the interactive audio book can be used on their own, but are best used together.
